Private Pay:

Cost of Services: The rate for services for those who choose to pay privately are $25/hr ($35/hr for couples) with a two-hour minimum. 

Mileage: If our Caregivers drive their personal vehicle for client errands, an additional $.55/mile will be charged to compensate our Caregivers.

Home-Based Waivers through Department of Human Services:

 

Cross Home Care, LLC. is an approved provider for all three MCOs providing services for Community Health Choices of Pennsylvania.

Funding is available for those who qualify for waiver programs through the Office of Long Term Living.

Long Term Care Insurance may pay for some of the services provided, depending on the policy. If you have purchased long term care insurance, please check your policy for what is covered. Every policy is different and may or may not cover non-medical care.
