Cross Family Fridays
We not only want to recognize our Caregiver’s continued effort in supporting our clients, but we want to show appreciation to our clients for choosing to be a part of our family!
Cross Family Fridays is a day to celebrate our clients and employees!
We invite all employees and clients to spend time at the Cross Home Care offices to enjoy snacks, conversation, games/activities, and to get to know each other more.
Cross Family Fridays are held at both office locations on the third Friday of every month from 9am-12pm.

At Cross Home Care, we recognize that each client needs an individualized Care Plan in order to achieve optimal health. One of our Care Coordinators will complete a free assessment in the comfort of the client's home to determine their individual Care Plan and services required of our agency.
